When we started Corazon Latino my sister and I made a very simple promise to ourselves: we would treat our customers the way we would like to be treated.
So many online businesses are a disappointment, whether in terms of product quality or customer service. We saw no reason why that had to be the case, and we set out to make sure every customer was delighted with their Corazon Latino experience.
When it comes to shipping, our promise is simple: Order before 4pm any day and you will have your order delivered to your door within 3 working days.
As for returns, while we work very hard to make sure you get exactly what you want, and that you are delighted with your Corazon jewellery, we recognize that every now and again things don't work out that way, so we have created a very simple returns policy:
If you buy our jewellery, as a gift or for yourself, and it doesn't fit, doesn't suit or you just don't like it, don't worry, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
No 7 day legal limit. No 28 days. No jumping through hoops.
Anything bought for Christmas or as a gift weeks in advance can be returned after the event if it isn't right.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your jewellery, please give us a call on 07970025090 (UK mobile), 0330 808 0410 (UK landline) or +44330 808 0410 (international callers), or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us what you bought and when (ideally also give us your order number as that will speed things up), and whether you want an exchange or a refund. We would also really appreciate it if you would tell us why you are returning it as this will help us improve our designs and service in the future.
Then simply send the jewellery back to us to the address below. For your peace of mind we recommend you use Special Delivery or a Signed For mail service, but the choice is yours.

If you want an exchange, but the new piece is a different price, don't worry. If it's more, you can pop cash in with the returned item, or let us know you want to pay by card and we'll call you to take the extra payment. If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference as soon as the original piece is back with us - No 28 days waiting time from us!
If you have requested a refund, as soon as the piece is back with us we will arrange a full refund of the price you paid. Please note that the refund does not extend to the cost of gift wrapping as we just charge for the cost of the paper and hand dyed silk ribbon, so it is a service which cannot be refunded.
Please bear in mind that we lose between 10 & 20% of the cost of every returned piece in postage and non refundable order processing and credit card charges. So, please do not order items on a trial basis intending to send some or all back as these costs damage our business and mean, in future, we won't be able offer people the great prices we do at the moment. Thank you!
