Shipping When we started Corazon Latino we set out to give our customers; wherever in the world they are; the best possible service and that includes our shipping, which we believe is the best value on the web. below you will find answers to all the questions you may have about our shipping methods, times and prices. Where do you deliver? We deliver across the UK and Ireland and to all countries within mainland Europe. We also deliver to Australia, New Zealand, Canada & the USA as well as a number of countries in Latin America & Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Japan & The Philippines).We will ship to other countries not listed in our drop down menu at checkout on a case by case basis (we have shipped to South Africa, China, and Malaysia in the past), however, for the purpose of protecting our customers from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to decline orders from countries deemed to be high risk. Please mail us if your country does not appear in the drop down menu of standard countries we deliver to, and we will do everything we can to get your jewellery to you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ So, how do we deliver? In the UK We promise to get your jewellery to you within 3 working days, and we aim to get it to you faster than that. We know there is nothing more annoying than getting to the end of a site and then finding a sneaky extra delivery charge, so ALL our UK deliveries are FREE. Not only that, we use Special Delivery for everything (except polish which goes 1st class), so you get your jewellery by 1pm the day after we ship and you don't have to pay extra for the service. If you have left your shopping to the last minute and you order before 3pm and ask us nicely, we can usually get it to you by 1pm the following day. FREE. Just give us a call on 07970025090 to make sure we know you're in a hurry, and we'll do what we can. The only down side to Special delivery is that you have to sign for your parcel, so if you won't be in, it'll fit through your letterbox and you're not in a rush, you can ask us to send it 1st class instead... OR ask us to ship it to your office and we'll do that instead. When we ship, we send you a confirmation email so you know that your order is on it's way and should be with you before 1pm the following day. Orders across Europe For deliveries across the rest of Europe we use secure, insured International priority post. This means that all orders should be with you within 5 working days of shipment, and again, you need to sign for your parcel. Unfortunately we can't control the postal service in every country so we can't guarantee better than that, but it may happen.... (we've known orders reach Northern Europe within 3 days).We offer cheaper shipping to European destinations than most websites offer within their own country. That's because we don't like nasty surprises at the end of shopping online and we don't think you do either. So we cover the shipping cost based on free UK delivery and only charge you the extra on top of that. This means 1 piece of jewellery from the UK to anywhere in Europe is less than €5,00. Customers from the rest of the world (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and more...) For all non European shipping we use International priority postal service which is fantastic value (less than $10 for 1 item) and takes from 5 to 10 working days depending on where you are (In our experience, deliveries to Australia and New Zealand take around a week, but ones to the US and Canada can take up to 2 full weeks). To use this option simply choose your country from the drop down box headed delivery type and we'll do the rest. 2) If you're in the US or Canada and you're in a hurry, or based in a country where you do not trust your local postal service (this is the only option we offer for The Philippines) then we also offer the option of a Worldwide express service for £25 (approx $40). We use DHL, Fedex or UPS depending on the country we're shipping to. It's trackable and guaranteed to be with you in 5 working days. If you want to use this option just choose "Worldwide 5 Day express service" from the drop down menu under delivery location/method. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Can you deliver to a different address? No problem at all, just give us the delivery details at checkout and we’ll deliver to it. This includes homes, offices and even BFPO boxes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ What are your delivery charges? Packing and Priority postage is FREE within the UK and Holland. Simply select your country in the delivery location on checkout. Prices for Europe & the rest of the world are based on either Airsure insured priority airmail or International Signed For airmail depending on the destination and are as follows: Europe (£/€) Rest of the World (£/US$) 1 Piece £5.00/€6.00 £6.00/$9.00 5 Day International express service £25/$37.50 up to 5 pieces. The shipping cost for your order will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of pieces you have bought & the delivery location/method you select. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ How long does delivery take? We know that once you've decided to buy, you want your jewellery as soon as possible, so we promise to dispatch all items that are in stock within 2 working days. If we can, we'll do it faster. If this is any problem with this, we will contact you and confirm the dispatch date. If you need your order by a specific date please tell us this by entering it in the "order comments, special requests" on checkout or by phone or email. We will do everything in our power to get your jewellery to you by your required date. Within the UK, all orders shipped should be with you the next day. Outside of the UK, shipping times vary widely depending on the destination so the final arrival date will depend on the local postal network in your country. Holland should be within 3 working days. Across the rest of Europe delivery should be within 5 working days from shipment. To the US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us unless you have chosen the courier service in which case it should be with you in 5 and we'll have a tracking number to hunt it down for you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Are all duties paid for International orders? All taxes and duties are paid by us for orders within the EU. For orders outside of the EU, customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. In our experience, normal sized orders are under the thresholds for import duties, so no duties are charged, however we can not guarantee this in all cases, and if charges are levied, they must be borne by you. Customs thresholds vary from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ What are the last delivery dates for Christmas 2013? For deliveries within the UK, we can accept orders up to 3pm on Monday the 23rd December. For Europe we can accept orders up until 9am on 16th December. For the US, Canada, Australia & NZ we would suggest you order by Dec 10th to be sure of receiving you order before Xmas. Last orders for the International courier service is Dec 19th. |
