A Romantic Weekend Break

Why not take your Valentine away for a romantic weekend? In my personal opinion there is nowhere more Romantic in the British Isles than the Highlands of Scotland. Fresh air, breathtaking scenery, and if you are lucky, even some snow. My favourite hotel in the Highlands is East Haugh House. Personally run by the McGown family, it is a beautiful 4* Country house hotel just outside Pitlochry. With only 13 rooms, several of which are 4 posters, roaring log fires and an award winning restaurant, it is the perfect place for a romantic (and gourmet) break. They even have a special Valentine's weekend package with Champagne, Handmade Chocolates, a native sapling to plant (instead of eco-unfriendly roses flown in from abroad) and a special sexy Valentines menu. Lingerie

Be careful! Lingerie is not easy to buy for women. If you are determined to go down this route, take a look at what she already has to make sure the style works, it’s a colour she likes (Please note. All women do NOT like red!) and for goodness sake check a label to get the size right!

At Corazon, we have never specifically designed jewellery for men. Most of the designs were created based on what I like to wear (not very scientific, but it works!) so men’s jewellery is not something I have experience of.

Over time, our customers have told us that several of our designs are actually unisex pieces, appealing not only to women looking for something cutting edge and not too girly, but also to men looking for something a little more unusual than run of the mill men’s jewellery.

First up are our chunky silver charms. These versatile pendants look stunning hung on a silver choker, and quintessentially feminine hung on a velvet ribbon. Swap them to a leather thong (we have several lengths and sizes), and they are suddenly a simple masculine pendant. A word of warning! Wrist sizes vary enormously on both men and women. This bracelet comfortably fits wrists from 14 to 19cm (5.5 - 7.5”) around. This fits both men and women BUT some people of both sexes will find this too tight a fit. Do check your wrist size first.
